This describes a process of conserving raw hides and turn them into high quality leather with the help of vegetable ingredients. This kind of tanning avoids heavy metals and salts and is thus significantly more eco-friendly than conventional methods. Furthermore allergic reactions to the leather are quite unlikely to occur.
